Attachment and Trust

I'm So Attached to You!

What does Attachment and Trust mean to your baby? It means feeling safe and secure with his caregivers, and feeling this way lets him spend more time learning about the world around him. It's not that hard to give him all the Attachment and Trust he needs: give him lots of hugs, smiles, and eye contact and talk to him often. Soon you'll see him turn toward your face, voice, and smell as he recognizes the people who are there to keep him safe and loved.

Has your baby achieved the following Attachment and Trust developmental milestones yet? If yes, check off all the skill(s) he has already mastered to date!
