The Power of Music

There are so many benefits to music: reducing stress, increasing energy, boosting creativity, improving memory, building language skills, and more. With all of the positive effects of music, try to incorporate it into your daily routine with your child. This could be singing together throughout the day or at music classes, dancing to a variety of music, or exploring children's instruments such as bells, kazoos, rhythm sticks, tambourines, or drums.
