Hand-Eye Coordination and Brain Development

Look out! If it's not nailed down, your baby will probably reach out and explore everything within reach. Her growing Initiative and Curiosity and Hand-Eye Coordination abilities allow her to explore objects, using motions such as banging, scratching, rubbing, shaking, poking, and passing them from hand to hand. Try showing her new and interesting (and safe!) objects, as well as how to use them, to help her improve her visual and motor skills.

Has your baby achieved the following Hand-Eye Coordination developmental milestones yet? If yes, check off all the skill(s) she has already mastered to date!
