Your Child Can Walk the Line (Forward and Backwards)!

Your child is long past his first steps and toddles. He can most likely walk effortlessly, both forward and backward, without watching his feet. He may also be able to run with more and more control, stopping, starting, and changing directions with ease. As he approaches four years old, you may also notice his abilities to hop on one foot, jump forwards and backwards, and even skip. Be sure to provide lots of active playtime for your child to practice all of these developing physical skills! Get outside, and your child will be sure to show off his many gross motor abilities.

Has your child achieved the following Active, Coordinated Movement milestones yet? If yes, check off all of the skill(s) he has already mastered to date.
