Physical Exercise

Let's Get Physical, Your Child!

Your child, like most preschoolers, most likely enjoys a variety of indoor and outdoor physical play activities. He may race around the yard, jump over obstacles in his way or off low steps, or kick and throw balls. He may enjoy climbing up trees or even the furniture! These activities are important (well, maybe not climbing furniture!), as they help increase his strength, endurance, and flexibility. In addition, encouraging your child to be active and healthy at a young age will help him keep this habit throughout his life, making him a happier and healthier adult.

Has your child achieved the following Physical Exercise milestones yet? If yes, check off all of the skill(s) he has already mastered to date.
