Controlled Movement

As your baby's first year draws to a close, it's amazing to look at the progress he's made with Controlled Movement. He can move easily from position to position, such as lying down to sitting or sitting to crawling. Most likely he can pull himself up to standing, though he may only stand without support for a few moments. As he becomes more mobile, provide him with new stimulating environments for him to play in, such as a colorful blanket spread with toys or the grass in the backyard.
