Your baby feels like the world revolves around him. Why wouldn't he, because in a way, it does! With you and other caregivers never far away and ready to help meet his needs, he is the center of your world. At this age, however, your baby is becoming more independent. He's now ready to do some exploring without you right by his side, though he will check in regularly with you to make sure you're still there and that everything is okay.
