Is Your Baby a Picky Eater?

Is your baby game to try anything for dinner, or do you have a picky eater on your hands? Many children become a little picky at 12-18 months, from teething, feeling full, or changing taste buds. Continue to offer him a variety of healthy choices, starting with sweeter veggies like squash or corn before moving to more bitter ones like broccoli. Let your baby explore the new foods with all his senses (even though this may be a little messy), and keep in mind that a child may be offered a new food up to 15 times before eating it.

Has your baby achieved the following Healthy Food and Eating developmental milestones yet? If yes, check off all the skill(s) he has already mastered to date!
