Your child is discovering still more things he can do with his hands. One thing you'll see at this age is an increase in creative output, whether it be drawing, sculpting with clay, painting, or scribbling. He'll also begin enjoying more complex finger games, puzzles, and bead stringing around this time. And don't forget to continue exercising the larger muscles in his arms and legs with lots of physical playtime as they support the development of his Small Muscle Movement and Dexterity!
